WYOMING, MI -- A Wayland man is accused of using a racial slur toward a woman in a Target parking lot and cracking her vehicle’s windshield, just days before Christmas.

The man, 40-year-old Dustin Thornton, is charged with ethnic intimidation and malicious destruction of personal property less than $1,000.
